At Live Life PROVENCE, we are exceptionally attentive to the features and condition of our merchandise. Careful consideration to every aspect of our products is our first concern.
Upon receiving your merchandise, please go over every detail and make us aware of any disturbance at: email@example.com and we will provide an immediate replacement.
Within 10 days from your purchase date, if you are unsatisfied in any way, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value. You must provide an original receipt or a gift receipt for all returns and exchanges.
We are not able to accept returns that have been special-order items, items shipped directly from the vendor or items damaged through normal wear and tear.

How can merchandise be returned?
Merchandise can be returned to us by mail. You will need to fill out the Return Form that can be found with your invoice that is included in your packaging. Once you fill out and enclose your Return Form, your products will need to be repacked along with the original packing materials used for the shipment. If for any reason you do not have your invoice, you will need to enclose a note telling us your reason(s) for the return and your preference in having us assist you in your return, exchange, or refund.
What is the expected timeframe for a refund?
Once your merchandise is received in our warehouse, you can expect an issuance of your refund on your credit card account within 10 business days. The refund to your credit card may take up to 2 billing cycles to show up on your statement.

Your cancellation will only be available as an online store credit. If you are not interested in an online store credit, we can offer you a refund, per your original method of payment, at 25% less your original payment amount for a restocking fee. Tax and shipping fees are not refundable.
